Program Description:

Coordinated care is provided by a licensed social worker to help families navigate complex medical systems, access community resources, receive financial assistance to help meet short term expenses for families in critical situations, and learn about support and education in the community.

Mission: Our mission is to serve families with children facing serious health or developmental challenges.
Ages: All
Who is eligible to receive services through this program?: Persons who are uninsured, insured with no prescription coverage, capped prescription coverage, or those with special circumstances may apply. Income guidelines vary, but can be as high as 250% below the poverty level. Each pharmaceutical company has individual eligibility and appeal requirements.
Where does this program provide services?: Services are provided at the 217 Howard St. San Antonio, TX 78212. Prescription Assistance Program services cover residents of Bexar and Comal Counties.
Do clients pay for services?: Yes
How are fees determined?: Fees, if any, are determined by the pharmaceutical company and submitted directly with the application to the company. Any Baby Can of San Antonio, Inc. does not charge for our services.
