Program Description:

Fairweather Programs provide integrated vocational, mental health, & housing support to stabilize the lives of individuals with mental illness & their children. Clients receive specialized Case Management services to assist with benefits, goal setting, symptom management, etc. Also receive Job Training, Life-Skills Training, & Counseling/Therapy.

Mission: Our mission is to work with our community partners to provide high quality and accessible social and educational services to the most at-risk members of our community, children and those with chronic mental illness.
Ages: All
Who is eligible to receive services through this program?: Individuals 18 years or older with an Axis I Mental Health Diagnosis who are stable on medication, drug and alcohol free for 30 days, willing to live with others and willing to work, volunteer or go to school.
Where does this program provide services?: Services are provided in the home, Jump-Start Performance Co, and SA Family Endeavors Offices
Do clients pay for services?: Yes
How are fees determined?: Clients pay rent determined by their income. Counseling/Therapy: Medicaid and Medicare are accepted.
